I have a soft spot for Massachusetts. I was born there, yes, but it seems like they really are ahead of the curve on social responsibilities. This is one of those things. No, people should not be able to be discriminated against in a job interview because they are transgendered.
Opponents are concerned about this taking away privacy. One of the examples was to have bathrooms more opened. Cause wouldn’t it be terrible if we had less “male” and “female” bathrooms? Surely society would collapse.
